Rachel, a seasoned performer with a career spanning stage, television, and touring productions, is now the proud owner of her very own dance studio, Ducky Shincrackers. Her journey began at the young age of 14, when she made her professional debut in the West End production of Bugsy Malone, choreographed by renowned artist Gillian Gregory. She honed her craft at the prestigious Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art, known for its rigorous training in acting, singing, and dance. Rachel's career took off with a season at the Regents Park Open Air Theatre, where she performed in Shakespeare plays, musicals and even taught veteran actor Roy Hudd how to tap dance! Throughout her career, Rachel has performed in a wide variety of productions, from classical plays and musical theatre, to television and West End children's shows. One of her favourite roles was playing Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz for two years on a nationwide tour alongside Brian Blessed, Peter Duncan, and Toyah. With over 15 years of experience dancing alongside Drew Wood and performing in live semi-finals of Britain's Got Talent, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her studio. Now, as the owner and operator of Ducky Shincrackers, Rachel is committed to building a inclusive dance community that welcomes everyone, and to continue the legacy of excellent tap instruction at the studio.

She currently teaches ballet to adults in Portslade, Brighton, and Worthing, and has experience in teaching dance to people with Parkinson's disease.
